What we do?

We are working to renovate part of the buildings in the historic center of Guardavalle and, in parallel, the recovery of the ancient Guardavalle vineyard.

In this way we offer the possibility to those who would like to spend some days of vacation, of relaxation, in an ancient and quiet village, to have a house where they can go whenever they want and without other commitments.

The Guardavalle Project, in fact, gives the possibility of making an investment calibrated to one’s needs, without having to take on paperwork and work that are often difficult to manage from afar.

 

How can you participate?

Joining the project is easy: You can acquire shares of the LLC that manages the individual project through the equity-crowdfunding system.

The term that indicates the process by which several people (“crowd” or crowd) contribute sums of money (funding), even modest amounts, to finance a business project and a real shareholding title in a company (equity) is acquired.

Your investment gives you access to special partnership benefits:

In addition to the benefits related to the increase in invested capital, there are annual “prizes” from €45 to €65 for every €1,000 invested, based on the date and type of subscription. The prize can be converted into days of stay in the renovated houses or into wine and other local products.

Specifically:

Please note that the increases on the bonuses and on the increase in the capital quota are obtained by reserving and/or paying the value of the subscribed quotas by the start of the collection campaign on the accredited platform, scheduled for the end of October 2024.


Investments

Each of the two projects has its own specific investment plan.

Holiday Homes

  • Phase 1 raise: €220,000

This will cover the costs of purchasing and renovating five-six houses with 15-18 beds.

  • Phase 2 raise: €1m

This will enable us to renovate approximately 40 houses and 110 beds. These houses can also be taken over by investors in the exit phase at subsidized prices.

Guardavalle Wine

  • Phase 1 raise: €130,000

This will cover the costs of purchasing and preparing 2-3 hectares of land, planting vines and producing approximately 20-25,000 bottles of wine.

  • Phase 2 raise: €1.1m

To cover the purchase and planting costs of 20-25 hectares of new vineyards and the construction costs of a modern cellar equipped to produce over 100,000 bottles of still and sparkling wine.
